What do I need to bring on the day of the dive if I already have my Open Water certification?

You only need your official certification card (PADI, SSI, NAUI, etc.), swimsuit, towel, and a desire to explore. We provide all the equipment, a professional guide, and everything you need to enjoy yourself without any worries!

What happens if weather conditions prevent diving?

If the weather prevents us from going out to sea, we will reschedule at no cost or refund the full deposit, as per our cancellation policy. Your peace of mind and safe experience are our priority.

Can I book even if I am traveling alone? Is there a minimum group size?

It is possible to book individually, but a minimum of two people is required for the activity to take place. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be notified in a timely manner so that you can reschedule or receive a refund.

What happens if I feel dizzy or decide not to continue during the activity?

No refunds will be given once the experience has begun for personal reasons such as dizziness, or for unused equipment. However, our staff is trained to minimize discomfort and help you enjoy the activity.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of adverse weather conditions that prevent the service from taking place, your experience will be rescheduled or, if you prefer, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

These policies also apply if the minimum number of participants required for the service is not met. You can choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund of your reservation payment.
