Is it safe to swim with sharks during this experience?
Yes, all tours are led by experts and we follow strict protocols to ensure your safety in the water.
Is previous diving or snorkeling experience necessary to participate?
No, it is suitable for all levels. Our team will accompany and assist each participant throughout the activity.
What happens if the weather prevents the tour from taking place?
In case of adverse weather conditions, the activity will be rescheduled or a full refund will be offered.
Can children participate in the Shark Safari?
Yes, young people over the age of 13 can participate, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of adverse weather conditions that prevent the service from taking place, the date of your experience will be rescheduled or, if you prefer, your full deposit will be refunded.
This policy also applies if the minimum number of participants required for the service is not met. You may choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund of your reservation payment.
The reservation deposit is non-refundable, except in the following cases: force majeure (including, but not limited to, the adverse weather conditions mentioned above) or cancellations made by you at least 15 days prior to the reserved date. In either case, you may choose to reschedule your experience or receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance that are not due to force majeure are non-refundable.
